James came out fitted a new shower for me. They got me booked in quickly, came in fitted the shower left ever thing clean and tidy great service. Highly recommend.

Jack carried out all the first and second fix plumbing, and his timekeeping was spot on throughout. He kept me updated at every stage, making sure everything tied in perfectly with the building work I was doing alongside him.
It was a completely seamless process, and nothing was too much trouble—even arranging for his guys to come out on a Saturday morning just so we could get the shower up and running. That level of commitment and reliability really sets them apart.
I wouldn’t recommend anybody else other than J Chew Plumbing & Heating Ltd—top class service all round.I recently used J.Chew for a boiler service. Very professional and completed the service in good time and at a very fair price. Very polite and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and trust worthy service.

Kurtis - who works for the firm - was a supreme, knowledgeable tradesman, who undertook two jobs for me; a combi boiler service, and the fitting of a new shower unit in my bathroom. He was a very neat and tidy worker, also being careful and respectful, whilst undertaking the aforesaid tasks.
I received a detailed, professionally produced invoice, alongside a proper service report. Both were in PDF format, as attachments to the latest email correspondence.
Direct payment for the services, via online banking, was a cinch; the modern way to operate nowadays.
